First Cosmetics Egypt Refund & Return Policy

 

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving the item(s) to return your order without explanation as long as:
– All items are in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
– Any safety seals are not damaged and all labels are retained.

Depending on the item, you may qualify for a free return, or, you may pay the return shipping fees.

You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchased product back to us unless we authorize you to do so and arrange the process.

 

Exchanges

You have 14 days from receiving the item(s) to return your old item and request an exchange for a new item as long as:
– All items are in perfect condition and in the original packaging.
– Any safety seals are not damaged and all labels are retained.

Depending on the item, you may qualify for a free return, or, you may pay the return shipping fees.

You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchased product back to us unless we authorize you to do so and arrange the process.

 

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (not more than 45 days not including 4-7 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund. Depending on the product, it is possible to keep the product or you will need to return it back in order to get the refund.

If you change your mind and you do not want the product you’ve received you may request to return it and receive a refund.

 

No refunds cases

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, false data, import prohibited in your country, you didn’t proceed to sign and accept delivery…etc.)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of First Cosmetics Egypt (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster…etc.).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of First Cosmetics Egypt.

 

Refund procedure

You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days from shipping date) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
