Description
Oxygen Blob from Blob Line has a creamy cohesive texture with its rich advanced formula to obtain gorgeous bright colors, as it is used with the dye to stabilize the color of the dye for the longest possible period and is also safe on the hair if used with lightening powder to obtain the highest degree of lightening without any stress on the hair.
How To Use :
- Please use gloves because it contains hydrogen peroxide, and contact with the eye must be avoided. In case of eye contact, the eye should be washed with water immediately. It is not used to lighten eyelashes and eyebrows. It is not used for medical purposes and is kept out of children’s reach.
